A quote that resonates with me:

When did you first discover GTD, and what inspired you to become a trainer?

I first came across GTD when someone who saw how crazy busy and stressed I was gave me David Allen’s first book. I didn’t read it of course – I had no time! Once I did eventually get to it, I was blown away by the simplicity of it. And once I implemented the approach for myself, it completely changed my game. When I experienced the boost it gave me, I knew I wanted to pass that along to others who were struggling. GTD dramatically changed what I could achieve in my work and personal life, so it felt 100% right to make it accessible to as many people as possible.

What goals do you have for the work that you do with clients?  What do you want them to achieve and experience?

I want my clients to clear enough space between thoughts to be able to become strategic about how they focus their effort and attention, so they can do what needs doing quickly and spend more time doing what they love doing.

What’s a fun or unexpected fact about you?

Fun fact – in my first career, I was a juggler and street performer! Now, I find adventure in the wild. From diving in Spain to swim with octopuses to canoeing through Sweden’s icy waterways and building log fires deep in the Canadian woods, I love it all.  I also thrive on exploring the limits of what my body can do. The question that calls me is: what’s possible now?
